The Company has revised the mechanism for the separation of its Sharia business unit, which will now be carried out through the transfer of the entire Sharia unit policy portfolio to another Sharia life insurance company that already holds the required business license.
Based on the above, on 15 April 2026, the Company has obtained approval from the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan – “OJK”) for the Revised of Work Plan Spin-Off Sharia Unit (RKPUS). Following this approval, the Company will proceed with the implementation of all stages of the process in 2026 in accordance with the approved work plan and prevailing regulations.
