This Anti-Fraud Policy is prepared as a form of our seriousness in preventing, detecting, and handling all forms of fraud, whether committed by employees, partners, marketing agents, or other external parties.

Definition of Fraud

Fraud is an act of irregularity and/or neglect that is deliberately carried out to deceive, deceive, or manipulate Financial Services Institutions (LJK), Consumers or other parties, which occurs within the LJK and/or uses LJK facilities so as to result in LJK, Consumers, or other parties suffering losses and/or the perpetrators of Fraud and/or other parties obtaining profits directly or indirectly (Article.1 paragraph 4 POJK12/2024).

Types of fraud can include but are not limited to:

  • Forgery of claim documents or policy information
  • Fraud in the claim or premium payment process
  • Abuse of authority
  • Embezzlement of company funds or assets
  • Collusion between employees and external parties
  • Forgery of identity or personal information

Scope

This policy applies to all stakeholders of the Company, including:

  • All Commissioners, Directors, and Employees
  • Insurance agents and distribution partners
  • Customers and Prospective Customers
  • Other third parties involved in the company's business activities

Precautions and Detection

We actively implement fraud prevention and detection measures, including:

  • Robust, standardized internal controls
  • Customer data verification and validation procedures
  • Anti-fraud training for employees and marketing agencies
  • Regular monitoring of systems and transactions
  • Regular internal and external audits

Reporting of Alleged Fraud

Any individual who knows or suspects an act of fraud is required or encouraged to immediately report it through the official channels that have been provided by the company. The identity of the reporter will be kept confidential, and the report will be followed up professionally and objectively.

Action against Violations

The Company will take strict action against any fraudulent acts.

Protection of Whistle-blowers

We uphold the principle of whistleblower protection. Any report made in good faith will be guaranteed confidentiality and the whistleblower will not be subject to sanctions or discrimination of any kind.

Policy Review and Improvement

This Anti-Fraud Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and adjusted to changes in regulations and operational needs.
