As part of the assessment process, participating companies underwent evaluation and presentation stages before a panel of judges. Based on the assessment results, IHCA classifies achievements into several categories: Platinum, with a Very Excellent rating; Gold, with an Excellent rating; and Silver, with a Goodrating. Receiving the Gold Award demonstrates that PFI Mega Life has achieved an Excellent rating in human capital management.
