Definition of Fraud
Fraud is an act of irregularity and/or neglect that is deliberately carried out to deceive, deceive, or manipulate Financial Services Institutions (LJK), Consumers or other parties, which occurs within the LJK and/or uses LJK facilities so as to result in LJK, Consumers, or other parties suffering losses and/or the perpetrators of Fraud and/or other parties obtaining profits directly or indirectly (Article.1 paragraph 4 POJK12/2024).

Reporting of Alleged Fraud
Any individual who knows or suspects an act of fraud is required or encouraged to immediately report it through the official channels that have been provided by the company. The identity of the reporter will be kept confidential, and the report will be followed up professionally and objectively.

Protection of Whistle-blowers
