Lai Jun

Commissioner

Lai Jun brings more than 30 years of extensive experience in the financial services and insurance industry, with a strong track record of leadership across multinational organizations. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP (Shenzhen) as an auditor before advancing to managerial roles.

Throughout his career, he has held a series of strategic positions at leading insurance companies, including CIGNA & CMB Life Insurance, Huatai Insurance Group, and China United Life Insurance. From 2016 to 2021, he served as General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of CIGNA & CMB Life Insurance Co., Ltd. In 2021, he was appointed as Country President of Prudential in China. Currently, he serves as Regional President of Prudential Financial for China and Indonesia, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Pramerica Life Insurance Co., Ltd., and Commissioner of PFI Mega Life.

Mr. Lai earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Sun Yat-sen University and an MBA from the China Europe International Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), accredited by The Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. His expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and risk governance continues to contribute significantly to the company’s sustainable growth and strong corporate governance.

Prof. Dr Hj Ratna Januarita, S.H, LL.M, M.H

Prof Dr Hj Ratna Januarita, S.H, LL.M, M.H earned a degree in Faculty of Law, from Padjajaran university, Bandung and then she earned her Master Degree with scholarship concentrated on Corporation Law from Monash University, Melbourne Australia. After that she continue her postgraduate program from Padjajaran University, Bandung, concentration on Business Law, and it was a scholarship program held by Bandung Islamic University. And then she continued with her Doctoral program in Law, and also she earned a scholarship program for her studies from Bandung Islamic University. Her career has a broad scope from Lecturer, Governmental, Legal Consultant, Researcher and also she has been active in NGOs. She is also active in conducting training and seminars as a speaker.
