Bachelor degree form IT / Information System
Responsible for managing overall IT infra day to day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, reliability, and end user satisfaction
Planning and managing computer operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations
Responsible for IT Security both in technology and process improvement or people
Manage infrastructure team members for individual development, time allocation and prioritization
Participate in the budget process
Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands
